Kazuya Aoi, a Limiter whose older sister was a Pandora, and Satellizer L. Bridget, a Pandora with a cold personality who is known as the "Untouchable Queen". They are both enrolled in the Western Academy of Genetics, which is a training school for Pandoras and Limiters.
